@franklin fontanez Check your router settings and enable UPNP if its available.

HOW CAN I CONNECT MY PS3 TO THE INTERNET USING HIGH SPEED USB MODEM AND ROUTER?
I downloaded 3.40 this morning. It downloaded and installed just fine, so i start playing FF13… i get a freeze issue where i had to cut the power with the back switch. Now the ps3 won’t recognize the FF13 disk as being in the system.
I tried Street Fighter 4 and it recognized it but it froze on the initial load and i had to yet again cut the power with the back switch.
Does anyone know what may be causing this or know of a solution?
@Chris Haven’t come across this issue myself. Updated two PS3s this week to 3.40 and both work fine. Have you tried contacting Sony Customer Service?
