Sony have revealed their plans to live-steam their E3 Press Conference, where the PS4 will finally be revealed. In just over 10 days time, you’ll be able to watch Sony unveil the PS4 along with “the next chapter in the PlayStation story” from their E3 Live Stream website. In the UK and Europe, the Press Conference will take place at 2 AM on Tuesday, 11th June 2013.

The Last Of Us Demo Bundled with God of War: Ascension Playable Today

If you bough God of War: Ascension back in March, your copy of the game included early access to The Last of Us demo. Today, that demo becomes active, letting you play two levels from the game, each with very different styles of play. A new trailer for Rain has been released, titled “Two Silhouettes”, showing how the character’s paths eventually collide. Each of the locations they’ll visit throughout the game varies dramatically from the next, and they’ll need to work together in unique ways to escape their pursuers.
Three DLC Packs for The Last of Us Announced

Naughty Dog has announced that PS3 exclusive title The Last of Us will be getting three DLC packs after launch. The DLC packs will include one single-player expansion, and two multiplayer ones, with a season pass available to gamers to get all three packs at a discount. The season pass will cost gamers $19.99, but will also include Day 1 bonuses.
All PS4 Games will have PS Vita Remote Play Functionality Says Developer

A developer working on PS4 games has told Digital Foundry that all PS4 games that don’t support the PS4’s camera requires Remote Play functionality with the PS Vita. Remote Play hasn’t seen a lot of support in the past, even with the PSP console, so this is good news if the details are accurate. Sony has already stated that the long term plan is to have most PS4 games playable on the PS Vita via Remote Play.
GameStop will Sell Pre-Owned Xbox One and PS4 Games

Despite the Xbox One requiring gamers to pay a fee to play a second-hand game, GameStop President, Tony Bartel, has told Forbes that the company will still sell pre-owned Xbox One and PlayStation 4 games. For Xbox One owners, it will mean that consumers will have to pay for the game twice – once at point of purchase and again on Xbox Live.

New PlayStation Plus will be coming to North America today as part of this week’s PlayStation Store update. BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend for the PS Vita will be added to the Instant Game Collection this week, along with two exclusive Timed Trials and discounts on games.
New Destiny Trailer Released: Law of the Jungle

Bungie have released a new trailer for their upcoming PS3 and PS4 title Destiny, titled “Law of the Jungle”. The new trailer is a CG/live action trailer that features three Guardians in action, and was created in collaboration with director Jon Favreau, actor Giancarlo Esposito, and visual effects house Digital Domain.
PlayTV Updated to Version v2.04

Sony has released a new patch for PlayTV, updating the application to v2.04. The patch, which is 88 MB in size, includes a number of bug fixes to alleviate some of the crashing issues affecting the software. While not all of the issues have been resolved, the app is a lot more stable now.
