EyePet was launched in Europe last yer as a PlayStation Eye title, but with PlayStation Move on the way, the title will be revamped to use the motion controller for the North American release. EyePet’s creative director, Nicolas Doucet, talks about the evolution of the title and how it came to be, and with the introduction of the Move, how EyePet is more accurate and precise – see the video below.
LittleBigPlanet Comes to PlayStation Home

LittleBigPlanet has been dominating the news this week, with the announcement of LittleBigPlanet 2 and now with the a brand new Game Space and Personal Space in PlayStation Home. Two new locations featuring mini-games and a easy place for you to launch LittleBigPlanet multiplayer sessions from. The LittleBigPlanet PlayGround Game Space features the King’s Snap Happy Photo Challenge, a Creator mini-game to create wallpapers with your friends and the LittleBigDerby mini-game.
European PlayStation Store Update for May 12th 2010

This week on the European PlayStation Store, you will find a number of new special offers, available until May 26th 2010. Two new downloadable games are available to download and there is lots of new game add-on content, including BioShock 2, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and LittleBigPlanet. FirstPlay Episode 006 is also available to purchase.
ModNation Racers PS3 Demo Coming Soon

The PS3 version of ModNation Racers, the upcoming kart-racer from United Front Games, will be getting a demo soon. If you didn’t get a chance to join the Beta back in December, this will be your chance to try out the game before release. The demo doesn’t have a confirmed date yet but Chuck Lacson, Associate Product Marketing Manager for SCEA, did let slip that the demo will be available “very soon”.

LittleBigPlanet Has Sold Over 3 Million Units

It’s clear that LittleBigPlanet has been a success for both Sony and Media Molecule. Sony not only announced the sequel earlier this week, they also revealed that LittleBigPlanet has sold over three million units – not a bad start for Media Molecule’s first PS3 title. In addition to selling 3 million units, over 2 million levels have also been created.
Digital Comics Update for May 12th 2010

This week on the PSP Comic Store the third volume of Atomic Robo starts this week as well as the new series Garters and Ghouls from IDW. The Immortal Iron Fist also returns this week and more Transformers comics too. Finally, a new graphic novel from Markosia, Flying Friar, also hits the store.

Red Dead Redemption Screens

Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption is coming to the PS3 and Xbox 360 later this month. The game will be available in North America from May 18th 2010 and in Europe from May 21st 2010. Red Dead Redemption is an epic battle for survival in a beautiful open world as John Marston, a former outlaw, struggles to bury his blood-stained past, one man at a time.
