Sony has been testing a new PlayStation Plus benefit in Poland, which could roll out worldwide, if successful. The PlayStation Plus Video Pass offers selected TV series and movies as part of the existing PlayStation Plus subscription, with the content rotating every three months.

PlayStation Now Finally Getting 1080p Support

PlayStation Now will be getting a big upgrade over the coming weeks to add Full HD support to the streaming service. This means that compatible games can soon be streamed at 1080p resolution, up from 720p. The upgrade will benefit PS4 games available on the service which support 1080p.

The trophy list for PS5 exclusive Returnal has been revealed ahead of the game’s launch at the end of April. The game has a total of 31 trophies, including the coveted Platinum. The game’s trophies can be unlocked by progressing through the story, defeating specific bosses, collectibles.

PS3 and PS Vita Stores to Remain Open as Sony U-Turns on Decision

Recently, Sony announced that the PlayStation Store on the PS3 and PS Vita would close later this year, meaning you can no longer purchase new digital games on those devices. Sony has now decided to reverse their decision and will continue to operate both Stores. However, the PSP Store will be retired as planned on 2nd July 2021.

Cyberpunk 2077 Patch v1.21 Released

Following the release of patch v1.2 last month, CD Projekt RED has released another “hotfix” for Cyberpunk 2077, updating the game to v1.21. Most importantly, this patch fixes over 25 game progression bugs caused by item errors, NPCs not spawning or getting stuck (or constantly stalking you), and vehicles not spawning.
