Following the reveal of Call of Duty: Vanguard just a few short days ago, gamers will be able to have a go on the alpha build of the game this weekend: from 27th August at 10am PT / 6pm BST to 29th August at 10am PT / 6pm BST. The PlayStation exclusive alpha will feature the new game mode, Champion Hill.

Cyberpunk Patch v1.3 Incoming, Adds DLC and Multitude of Improvements

Cyberpunk is getting a huge patch on all platforms, updating the game to version v1.3. In addition to the usual bug fixes, the patch improves to the mini map while driving, and also adds additional content to the game in the form of DLC, which can be found from the main menu under “Additional Content”.

Rocket League is getting a new update tomorrow, 18th August 2021, adding content from Insomniac Ratchet & Clank series. Gamers will be able to pick up a Ratchet & Clank bundle just by logging in, which includes a Decal, Negatron Collider Boost, and two Balloon Toppers. Ghost of Tsushima’s online multiplayer functionality will be getting a standalone release for the PS5 and PS4 in September, meaning players can play the game online, without having the single-player portion installed on their system (saving space). In addition, a new Rivals mode is being introduced to the game at the same time.

Sony has released PS4 Firmware 9.00 into closed beta testing today, while also revealing some of the features coming to the PS4.
