SOCOM 4 Full Deployment Edition Revealed
SOCOM 4 is out in stores on April 19th 2011, but if you interested in the standard version then the Full Deployment Edition may be for you. Retailing at $149.99, the bundle is packed with all kinds of awesome. At the heart of this limited edition bundle is the PlayStation Move sharp shooter, giving you pinpoint precision and a streamlined and authentic design.
SOCOM: Special Forces Stealth Gameplay Trailer
While players will have opportunities to be stealthy in nearly all of SOCOM: Special Forces‘ stages, select missions in the solo campaign will give users direct control of female South Korean 707th covert operations expert “Forty-Five.” Acting as the team’s primary form of reconnaissance, Forty-Five slinks into various locales under the cover of night to capture valuable intel and sabotage enemy operations.
SOCOM 4 Ships Out April 19th
SOCOM 4 is preparing to deploy to stores in North America in just a few months on April 19th. In the mean time, Zipper Interactive has also released a new video of the game, showing more multiplayer action from the title. The video, titled “Not For Self”, shows some of the game modes you can expect from the multiplayer side of the game.

SOCOM 4 Delayed Until 2011
SOCOM 4 Beta Confirmed at PlayStation Move Event
The PlayStation Move was recently shown off at an event in Seattle, and some interesting information about the SOCOM 4 was revealed. The title will be supporting the PlayStation Move controller and Zipper Interactive, as represented by Jill Webber, also confirmed that a beta will indeed be coming up for the game, although no specific date was given out for it.
SOCOM 4 Supports Move And “Sub-controller” Attachment Revealed
Sony has announced a wireless attachment for the PlayStation Move called the Sub-controller. SOCOM 4 is to support both the Move and Sub-controller devices. A demonstration of the game showed aiming and shooting being handled by the Move unit, while the Sub-controller handled movement and other functions.
