The new Ratchet & Clank title, A Crack in Time, will be getting a collector’s edition. The Collector’s Edition will come in a special foldout digipack containing a 3D lenticular cover, an Artwork Book, and a PSN Voucher to download a exclusive level. The collector’s edition will be exclusive to GAME in the UK, but will also be available across Europe (see below for details).
Ratchet and Clank are back and on a mission to save the future! Concluding the events that began in Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction and Quest for Booty, R&C: A Crack in Time will answer some of the franchise fans’ biggest questions.
Sony posted a walkthrough video on the PlayStation.Blog of a Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time, featuring James Stevenson, community manager at Insomniac Games. The video is part walkthrough of Axiom City and part weapon tutorial. New weapons include the ‘chimp-o-matic,’ which, as the name implies, turns robot enemies into mechanical monkeys with crashing cymbals. Toss up the groove-a-tron, and all of the monkeys start to dance.
For those of you who are Ratchet & Clank fans, Sony has officially announced , that Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time will be available in the U.S. on Tuesday, October 27. Sony are offering some cool Ratchet & Clank goodies for those who pre-order their copy of the game participating retailers.
