Apparently, the CECH-4000 PS3 model will be hitting stores shortly after the Tokyo Game Show has come to a close later this month. A post over on NeoGAF points to September 28th as the likely release date for the redesigned console, but seeing as there is no confirmed proof, we’ve filed this has a rumor for now.
Call of Juarez: Gunslinger Announced for 2013

Ubisoft have announced the sequel to Wild West title Call of Juarez. Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is a bounty hunting FPS that will see you hunt down infamous outlaws across the arid plains of 19th Century America, being developed by Techland. A live-action trailer for the title has been released (see below), but no gameplay or game footage has been released yet.
The Walking Dead: Episode 3 Finally Available in Europe

The PlayStation Store has been updated outside of the regular Wednesday schedule to release the third episode of Telltale Game’s The Walking Dead. After silence from SCEE and the developers, the third episode if finally available to download. Episode 2 was also delayed for unknown reasons back in July.
LittleBigPlanet Karting – Meet Sackboy’s Rivals

LittleBigPlanet Karting will be available on November 7th, but many fans have been wondering who Sackboy will race against in the game. Sony has revealed more details about the mysterious characters Sackboy will face, but before we can reveal who they are, we need a back story.
Killzone Trilogy Announced for PS3

Sony has announced that the Killzone Trilogy will be heading to the PS3 this October. The trilogy will include in the original Killzone PS2 title, which will get the HD treatment and trophy support, and also Killzone 2 and Killzone 3 on the PS3 along with all the DLC for both titles.
Wonderbook: Book of Spells Coming to PS3 in November

Sony has revealed the release date for Wonderbook, at least in North America for now. In addition, pricing details have been revealed as well as a behind-the-scenes look at the development of the technology. The first title to use the technology will be J.K. Rowling’s Wonderbook: Book of Spells, and will arrive in November in North America.
PSN Maintenance on Monday, 10th September 2012

The PlayStation Network will be undergoing maintenance next Monday, for over 12 hours. The maintenance window will start on September 10th at 16:00 BST, lasting until 5:00 BST on Tuesday morning, September 11th 2012. As usual, you won’t be able to play online, access the account management features or the PlayStation Store.
PES 2013 Release Date Revealed – Coming This Month

Konami have confirmed an official release date for Pro Evolution Soccer 2013. The game will be coming out this month, just one week ahead of rival title FIFA 13. Launch dates for the Wii, 3DS, PSP and PS2 versions of PES 2013 will be announced “shortly”, according to Konami.
Fuse Mission Briefing Video Released

Insomniac’s new IP, Overstrike, has been renamed to “Fuse” and the team have released the first video of the renamed game titled “Mission Briefing 01”. The video doesn’t feature any gameplay, but is simply an introduction to the first level of the game.
EU PlayStation Store Update for September 5th 2012

New PlayStation Plus content is available in Europe this week, along with several new PS3 titles, including Twisted Metal and Zen Pinball 2. You can also find PS Vita titles, new themes, wallpapers and other content on the PlayStation Store this week.
