Deal #3 in Sony’s 12 Deals of Christmas promotion is now live on the European PlayStation Store. For the next 48 hours, you can save 40% on Dishonored 2, which will cost you just £29.99 for a digital copy. It’s a pretty good deal for a game that was released less than a month ago – 11th November 2016, to be precise.
Deal 2 of Sony’s 12 Deals of Christmas is live on the PlayStation Store, and comes in the form of Fallout 4. The digital version of the game is discounted to £17.99 for the next 48 hours, saving you well over 60%. However, the game is available in physical form for even cheaper – like Amazon, where it will cost you just £12.99.
Sony has revealed the six new games that will be coming to PlayStation Plus in December 2016, as part of the Instant Game Collection. The six games, which are free to download for PlayStation Plus subscribers, will be available from 6th December, and include Invisible, Inc. (PS4) and Tiny Troopers Join Ops (all platforms).
PlayStation Europe is once again holding it’s annual 12 Deals of Christmas promotion, and it starts today with a great deal on Rise of the Tomb Raider on PS4, and Buy One Get One Free deals on lots of games until 23rd December 2016. The European PlayStation Store has started a flash-sale today, know as Cyber Monday. The sale will last for 4 days starting today, running until 1st December 2016, and you’ll be able to save upto 60% on a range of digital titles (as listed below), including Inside, Abzu, Surgeon Simulator: Anniversary Edition, The Witness and many more.
Analysis from data tracker GfK has revealed that the PlayStation VR is set set to overtake the combines sales of both Oculus Rift and the HTC Vive in the UK. While no official sales figures have been revealed, the findings aren’t surprising – the PlayStation VR headset is the cheapest VR device of the three, and doesn’t require high-spec hardware to work.
The Walking Dead series from Telltale Games is set to continue this December, with the first episode releasing on December 20th 2016. The first of five episodes in season three was originally set to release in November, but has now been delayed to December. Telltale has also revealed pre-order bonuses for those purchasing the season pass from the PlayStation Store.
New content is available on the European PlayStation Store this week, with seventeen new PS4 games, one new PS3 game and five new PS Vita games added to the Store this week. New games this week include Darksiders: Warmastered Edition (PS4), Amnesia: Collection (PS4), and SteinsGate 0 (PS4, PS Vita). The fourth episode of Batman – The Telltale Series is also available to download.
