PSN Gets First 3D Game Today

3D games made a splash earlier this year at the Consumer Electronic Show 2009 when Wipeout HD and Gran Turismo 5 Prologue were shown off running in 3D. Today, the first 3D game hits the PlayStation Network, the side-scrolling beat-em-up Invincible Tiger: The Legend of Han Tao. You will need a pair of classic “red & blue”  3D glasses to see the anaglyphic 3D effects or a DLP HDTV capable of stereoscopic 3D.

If you don’t have a pair of 3D glasses handy and happen to live in the US, you can go to the official Invincible Tiger website and order yourself two free pairs.
