PlayStation Video Store Update for June 12th 2009

This week’s PlayStation Video Store update adds plenty of new content for you to enjoy over the weekend (see below). There are almost 50 new movies to download and over 30 new TV shows available to purchase. As for this weeks top downloaded movies, He’s Just Not That Into You is in top place followed by Gran Torino and Taken. Check out the list of new content below as well as all the top downloads of this week.
This week’s PlayStation Store is a huge one for both Europe and the US. There are a number of new downloadable games available on both stores as well as new playable demos. VidZone is now available to download in Europe too. There is plenty of new game add-on content too, including the new Killzone 2 map pack: Flash and Thunder, new LittleBigPlanet costumes, Saints Row 2 content and more. Burnout Paradise is getting a new add-on pack as part of this weeks PlayStation Store update. The Burnout Paradise Big Surf Island pack will be available to download from the PlayStation Store on June 11th 2009 for $12.99 / £9.99 / €12.99. Big Surf Island is a brand new playground built from the ground up enhancing and expanding on the original game. There are new challenges and events for you to play online with your friends, an exciting new World to discover, the biggest and wildest jumps yet, plus a set of nine new vehicles to experience it all in.
The next issue of Qore has been delayed due to revision of content. Episode 13 was expected to launch last week to coincide with E3 and the announcement of the PSP Go!. As you may have read, the Qore feature covering the PSP Go! was 
The Uncharted 2 multiplayer beta is currently underway until June 28th 2009 and we were lucky enough to get invited to join in through our GAP membership as well as being a Qore subscriber. We spent a few hours over the weekend playing the game to bring you our thoughts.
Set 50 years after the climactic events of the original Red Faction, Red Faction: Guerrilla allows players to take the role of an insurgent fighter, named Mason, with the newly re-established Red Faction movement as they battle for liberation from the oppressive Earth Defense Force (EDF). Your mission is to help the Red Faction eradicate the EDF from Mars. This sequel has moved away from the first-person perspective and uses third-person instead.
After an initial delay, the latest patch for Killzone is now available to download. Guerrilla Games has released their 9th patch for their best-selling shooter, Killzone 2. This patch not only contains fixes, but also new functionality that has been requested by the Killzone community. Patch 1.27 is 75MB in size (272MB for Asian release) and is available to download worldwide. You can check out the complete list of changes below.
