New content has been added to the European PlayStation Store this week, with 15 new PS4 games, two new PS3 games and one new PS Vita game added. New games this week include Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (PS4), Worms W.M.D (PS4) and the Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 demo (PS3, PS4). You can also find new DLC for a number of PS4 titles. Sony has announced that PlayStation Now will be coming to PC, allowing your favourite PlayStation games to be played on a Windows PC for the first time. The service will launch in parts of Europe on 24th August 2016, followed by North America shortly after. In addition, Sony are releasing a DualShock 4 USB Wireless Adaptor to allow your existing controllers to be used on PC.
Europe’s PlayStation Store update this week is a little on the light side, but there is still plenty of new content to enjoy, especially on the PS4. Nine new PS4 games are available on the PS4 along with one new game for the PS Vita. New games include Grow Up (PS4), Paragon (PS4) and F1 2016 (PS4). You can also find a handful of new DLC for various PS3 games, including Hitman Episode 4.
Dontnod Entertainment has announced that the first episode of Life is Strange is now free to download on the PS4 and PS3. The first episode, titled Chrysalis, will remain free to download regardless of whether you are a PlayStation Plus subscriber or not. Telltale Games have announced that the first episode in their new Batman series is coming to consoles and other platforms in August. The August release will be digital only, but a physical version will be available for purchase starting September 13th in North America and September 16th in Europe as a special Season Pass Disc. The exact date for the August digital-only release has yet to be revealed.
With the gaming option available now it is extremely difficult to develop a game that will grasp customer interest immediately. It takes time to build up a reputation and so for some games it is about having a distinguishing feature that makes it accessible to the masses. Whether that is excellent graphics, gameplay or design, or a combination of all three, but there is a high standard expected in the gaming industry given the amount of platforms and devices that can be used to game with.

You can also find Black Ops 3’s latest DLC pack, and for fans of movie tie-ins, a new Ghostbusters game (PS4).
SCEE has released the PlayStation Store charts for June 2016, revealing Battlefield 4 as the top selling title on the PS4. The EA promotions on Battlefield helped the title climb into the number one spot, followed by Battlefield Hardline. May’s top selling title, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, dropped to 15th place in June’s chart, and new comer Resident Evil 5 debuted on the chart in 18th place.
