Direct-feed footage of inFamous: Second Son has surfaced showing over five minutes of new footage from the upcoming game from Sucker Punch. The new footage shows just how impressive the game is looking as it nears competition, ready for release in March 2014, with destructible environments and use of the DualShock 4’s unique features.
Sucker Punch has revealed the official release date for upcoming PS4 exclusive, inFamous: Second Son, as well as releasing a new trailer for the game. The game will be releasing on March 21st 2014, which is quite a while away, but at least there are plenty of games available on the PS4 to keep you busy between now and then.
Sucker Punch Productions has revealed two special editions of their upcoming PS4 title, inFamous: Second Son, exclusive to gamers who pre-order the game. The Limited Edition will come with a foil cover and Cole’s Legacy DLC content for $59.99, while the Collector’s Edition will include plenty of extras for only $79.99.
Sucker Punch Productions’ upcoming title, inFamous: Second Son, launches on the PS4 early next year, and they’ve revealed the pre-order bonuses for the game. If you pre-order the game from participating retailers, you’ll be able to get exclusive vests designed by Seattle locals Penny Arcade, the talented team over at iam8bit, San Diego street artist Exist 1981 and artista y disenadora, Jos!
A new developer diary for upcoming PS4 title, inFamous: Second Son, was released, titled “Taking Control”, and shows how the new DualShock 4 controller is used in the game to introduce new gameplay controls and mechanics. The behind-the-scenes look at the game shows how the touch pad can be used to trigger certain powers.

Sucker Punch have released a new behind-the-scenes video from inFamous: Second Son titled “Smoke and Mirrors”, which looks at the smoke powers of the new protagonist Delsin Rowe. The team explain how Delsin must recharge his powers from chimneys and burning wreckage, much like Cole did with his electricity powers from cars, power lines and TV sets.
The first screenshots of Sucker Punch Productions’s inFamous: Second Son PS4 game has been released. The game is set in the open-world environment of Seattle with a new protagonist named Delsin Rowe. The resumé of a graphics programmer at Sucker Punch Productions has revealed that inFamous: Second Son will be PS4 launch title. However, since Sucker Punch has not confirmed (or denied) the news, it’s safe to classify this as a rumour for now. The resumé has since been altered to remove the references to dates but not before a screen grab was taken (below).
A new inFamous title was announced for the PlayStation 4 last week at Sony’s PlayStation Meeting. The sequel, inFamous: Second Son will take place seven years after the events from inFamous 2, and will follow a new protagonist Delsin Rowe. As Cole McGrath story ends, conduits continue to crop up around the world, and Delsin is one of them.
