Level-5 and Studio Ghibli have released a new trailer for role-playing game Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. The game is schedules for Western release in January 2013 by Namco Bandai. The game follows a thirteen-year-old named Oliver who enters the world of “Ni no Kuni” through the power of magic to find is mother, Arie.
EA has released a new trailer for FIFA 13 showing off some of the game’s new features and gameplay mechanics. One of the new modes is Match Day, which allows players to receive updates about the real-world goings-on of the world’s top football teams.
Capcom has released a short gameplay video for upcoming PlayStation Network title, Okami HD. The game releases in Japan this November, followed by a Western release before the end of the year. The game is a HD remake of the original PS2 title, but features lots of new features.
Giant Sparrow has released a new trailer for The Unfinished Swan this week, showing previously unseen colourful areas in the game. The Unfinished Swan is a game about exploring the unknown. The player is a young boy chasing after a swan who has wandered off into a surreal, unfinished kingdom.
As announced at Gamescom earlier this week, Japan Studio is working on a new PSN title called rain. In this dark, mysterious world, you take on the role of a boy who becomes invisible, so his figure can only be seen in the rain. A new “announcement” trailer for the game has been released, which you can find below.
There has been plenty of news for PlayStation Plus at Gamescom this week, including PlayStation Plus for PS Vita and the increase in cloud storage space to 1GB. In addition, SCEE has announced three new games to be added to the Instant Game Collection this month. In September, two new titles will be added to the collection too.
A new trailer for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance has been released from Gamescom 2012, showing over four minutes of footage from the game. In addition, the game’s release date has been narrowed down to February 2013, with a demo of the game coming with the Zone of Enders HD collection.
Remember Me is the newest title from Capcom for the PS3, first announced on Tuesday at Gamescom. We have more details about the game as well as a second trailer. Players will take on the role of Nilin and be swept into the future world of Neo-Paris where memories are bought and sold in an age where social media and sharing have been taken to the extreme.
At Sony’s Gamescom Press Conference, the company revealed that Red Dead Redemption will be September’s PlayStation Plus Game of the Month, as well as an increase in cloud storage from 150MB to 1GB. In addition, Sony has revealed further titles that will be joining PlayStation Plus over the next two months.
