Following in the steps of Europe, Knytt Underground is coming PlayStation Plus in North America tomorrow. The cross-buy game will be added to the Instant Game Collection in tomorrow’s weekly Store update, allow subscribers to download the game for free on both the PS3 and PS Vita. In addition, PlayStation Plus subscribers can also get discounts on GRID 2 (pre-order) and Metro: Last Light.

Apparently, the PS4 reveal trailer – expected to appear at E3 next month – has been leaked, showing what the console will look like. The video looks pretty professional, however, its likely that the video is fake, since there is no evidence to support the video. Top PSN Sellers for April 2013 in North America

SCEA released the list of top selling titles on the PlayStation Store in April last week, revealing that Guacamelee! was the most downloaded title on both the PS3 and PS Vita. Tomb Raider was the second most downloaded title on the PS3, while new comer Defiance debuted on the chart at number 10. On the PS Vita, newly released Soul Sacrifice debuted on the chart in 2nd position.

Sony to Reveal Next Step for Gran Turismo Series on May 15th 2013

Sony will host a celebration of the 15th anniversary of Gran Turismo at the world-famous Silverstone Circuit (UK) on 15th May, 2013, and will be showing “what’s next” for the series. The event will feature Kazunori Yamauchi, who will “provide an update on the future of the Gran Turismo game,” according to the press release. Our understand is that Sony will be announcing Gran Turismo 6 at the event, which is rumoured to be a PS3 game.
PAL PlayStation Store Chart for April 2013

Sony Europe has released the PlayStation Network chart for content downloaded in April 2013, revealing the top downloaded content on the PS3, PS Vita and PSP. On the PS3, Hitman Trilogy HD was the most downloaded game, while Guacamelee! was the most downloaded PSN title. The most downloaded PS Vita title was also Guacamelee!. As for PSOne and PS2 classics, Grand Theft Auto San Andreas was the most downloaded title.
EU PlayStation Store Update for May 8th 2013

A light update to the PlayStation Store in Europe this week, with just a few new games added for the PS3 and PS Vita. A playable demo of Insomniac’s co-op action game Fuse is available to download, while Remember Me is available for pre-order. New PlayStation Plus content is available too, adding Sine Mora for the PS Vita to the Instant Game Collection.
First Set of inFamous: Second Son Screenshots Revealed

The first screenshots of Sucker Punch Productions’s inFamous: Second Son PS4 game has been released. The game is set in the open-world environment of Seattle with a new protagonist named Delsin Rowe. Sony Confirms PS4 Won’t Require Always-On Internet Connection

Something that’s been hot in the news over the past few weeks is the next-gen Xbox rumoured to require an always-on Internet connection. Sony has confirmed that the PS4 won’t require an always-on connection. In fact, Sony’s Shuhei Yoshida goes further to say that they didn’t even consider it an option.
