DRIVECLUB developer Evolution has said they are “just as frustrated as you about the server performance issues.” They are currently running essential diagnostics to help improve the performance of the servers. What they’re not doing is increasing the number of servers they’re running to allow more gamers to connect.
PAL PlayStation Store Chart for September 2014

SCEE has released the PlayStation Store charts for September 2014, revealing the most purchased content last month. Minecraft is still dominating the PS3 chart, but has also topped the PS4 chart after releasing last month. Destiny managed to finish in 2nd position followed by FIFA 15. On the PS3, 2nd place was grabbed by FIFA 15, followed by Destiny.
EU PlayStation Store Update for October 8th 2014

New content is available on the European PlayStation Store, with a number of new games and DLC added. You can find 8 new PS4 games, three new PS3 games and three new PS Vita games, including DRIVECLUB (PS4), Alien: Isolation (PS3, PS4) and Pix the Cat (PS4, PS Vita). October’s Instant Game Collection is also live, with 7 new games added, although DRIVECLUB has been delayed.
PlayStation Network Maintenance Scheduled for Monday October 13th 2014

Sony has announced that the PlayStation Network will be undergoing maintenance on Monday, October 13th 2014, until the early hours of Tuesday. The maintenance window will disrupt your evening gaming session, as the maintenance starts from 6pm BST, and will last until 1am. Sony hasn’t given any indication on what the maintenance will involve, but PSN access will be unavailable.
US PlayStation Store Update for October 7th 2014

New content is available on the US PlayStation Store with lots of new games added. You can find 8 new PS4 games, 7 new PS3 games and 6 new PS Vita games. New pre-orders have also been added including Grand Theft Auto V. October’s Instant Game Collection has also been updated with 7 new games, including DRIVECLUB.
DRIVECLUB PlayStation Plus Version Delayed at Last Minute

Evolution has announced that the PlayStation Plus edition of DRIVECLUB has been delayed due to issues with the server. However, the full version of the game will be playable, but on the single-player portion. The servers have been suffering following the launch of the North American version yesterday, which obviously means the Evolution didn’t properly test the servers prior to launch.
Sony Releases Ultimate FAQ for PlayStation TV

With the release of the PlayStation TV looming near, Sony has released the ultimate FAQ to answer all your questions on how it will work, how it differs to the PS Vita and lots more. For example, you’ll be able to use both the DualShock 3 and DualShock 4 controllers with the PlayStation TV.
The Crew Delayed by Three Weeks, Now Releasing in December

Following the The Crew’s closed beta recently, Ubisoft have decided to delay the game until December, so they hold a second beta test to give more players the change to try the game and give their feedback. The game was originally scheduled to release on November 11th, but has now been pushed back to December 2nd – a delay of exactly 3 weeks.
FIFA 15 Tops UK Games Chart for Second Week

It’s no surprise that FIFA 15 has topped the UK Games chart for a second week. Three new additions have also made it into the top 5, pushing down PS4 exclusive Destiny to fifth position. Cross-platform title Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor debuts on the chart at number 2, followed by Xbox exclusive Forza Horizon.
What’s Included in the PlayStation Plus Version of DRIVECLUB?

DRIVECLUB launches in Europe and the UK later this week, with the European version out on the October 8th followed by the UK version on October 10th. A minified version of the game will be free to PlayStation Plus subscribers, and PlayStation Access have detailed the content of this version in a handy short video (below). Upgrading the PS+ version to the full version will cost you £34.99 / €39.99, which is £15 cheaper than the digital version from the PlayStation Store.
