The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Aliens vs Predator will no longer be getting any new DLC and patches. Sega has announced they will be cutting further support for the title, but they didn’t state why support was being cut. The PC version of the game remains unaffected, for now.

Mafia II On PS3 Getting Exclusive DLC

Upcoming game Mafia II will be getting exclusive DLC on the PlayStation 3. If you purchase the game, the case will include a voucher to download ‘The Betrayal of Jimmy’ DLC pack. Secondhand owners of the game will be able to purchase the DLC for $9.99 of the PlayStation Store.
PlayStation Plus: Early Access to Kane & Lynch 2 Demo

PlayStation Plus subscribers will get access to a exclusive Kane & Lynch 2 demo on Monday, 19th July 2010. If you have automatic downloads enabled the demo will be downloaded to your console automatically so you won’t need to lift a finger. For everyone else, the demo will be made available a little later.
Hulu Plus Preview Now Available on PS3

PlayStation Plus subscribers can now test out Hulu Plus on the PS3 consoles. Hulu Plus is Hulu’s new subscription service offering full current season runs of hit TV programs from ABC, FOX and NBC, adding even more premium video content to the more than 23,000 movies and TV episodes already available on the PlayStation Store.
Minis Pass 1 Million Download Mark

The Minis range of games for the PSP and PS3 has hit the 1 million download mark, across PAL and US territories. The Minis range was first launched in October 2009 to coincide with the launch of the PSPgo, and has taken nearly 10 months to reach the figure.

Ubisoft’s Driver: San Francisco has been delayed until 2011, according to the publisher’s financial statements released last week. Ubisoft’s principle reason for the delay is the “competitive market at Christmas”. The game will now be released in Ubisoft’s fourth financial quarter, between January 1st and March 31st next year.
FirstPlay Episode 15 Details

Episode 15 of FirstPlay will be available to download from the European PlayStation Store later today, featuring a behind the scenes look at Killzone 3. The FirstPlay team go hands on with the game and also talk to the lovely folk at Guerrilla Games. This week’s episode also includes a preview of scuzzed-up crime shooter, Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days.
