Gran Turismo 6 has been announced for the PS3, and will be released Holiday 2013. The news was revealed by legendary GT creator Kazunori Yamauchi himself at the Silverstone event held to celebrate 15 years of the 70-million-selling series. GT6 for PlayStation 3 will see many enhancements, improvements and additions to the game. bringing new levels of authenticity to ‘the Real Driving Simulator’.
Following in the steps of Europe, Knytt Underground is coming PlayStation Plus in North America tomorrow. The cross-buy game will be added to the Instant Game Collection in tomorrow’s weekly Store update, allow subscribers to download the game for free on both the PS3 and PS Vita. In addition, PlayStation Plus subscribers can also get discounts on GRID 2 (pre-order) and Metro: Last Light.
Apparently, the PS4 reveal trailer – expected to appear at E3 next month – has been leaked, showing what the console will look like. The video looks pretty professional, however, its likely that the video is fake, since there is no evidence to support the video. SCEA released the list of top selling titles on the PlayStation Store in April last week, revealing that Guacamelee! was the most downloaded title on both the PS3 and PS Vita. Sony will host a celebration of the 15th anniversary of Gran Turismo at the world-famous Silverstone Circuit (UK) on 15th May, 2013, and will be showing “what’s next” for the series. Our understand is that Sony will be announcing Gran Turismo 6 at the event, which is rumoured to be a PS3 game.
Sony Europe has released the PlayStation Network chart for content downloaded in April 2013, revealing the top downloaded content on the PS3, PS Vita and PSP. On the PS3, Hitman Trilogy HD was the most downloaded game, while Guacamelee! was the most downloaded PSN title. The most downloaded PS Vita title was also Guacamelee!. As for PSOne and PS2 classics, Grand Theft Auto San Andreas was the most downloaded title.
The first screenshots of Sucker Punch Productions’s inFamous: Second Son PS4 game has been released. The game is set in the open-world environment of Seattle with a new protagonist named Delsin Rowe.
