SCEE has announced that an official PlayStation application will soon be available to download for iPhone and iPod Touch with OS 4 and above, and most Android compatible handsets with a minimum of OS 1.6. The app will be available UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and The Netherlands initially, with more countries coming soon.

Resistance 3 Director’s Cut Trailer
You might have caught the first Resistance 3 gameplay trailer we posted earlier this month, but have you seen the Director’s Cut? The original trailer was cut short due to limits in television advertising run-time, so Insomniac have released a longer version, showing more gameplay than before.
Second PlayStation Plus Update for Europe Now Live
PlayStation Plus subscribers in Europe have received a second update on the PlayStation Store this week. All Plus members will be able to download the DC Universe Online beta and get exclusive access to this huge MMO action title. PSP owners will also be able to download the LittleBigPlanet Turbo! Pack add-on for free.
