The official PS5 website has launched in the UK, which means an official reveal could be very soon. However, it doesn’t look like an event will be happening today, as rumours originally suggested.
The PS5 could still be announced next week, on 12th February, according to one rumour floating around since last year, but has press invites haven’t gone out yet, it seems unlikely.
Sony won’t be attending E3 again this year, so you can expect the console to be revealed ahead of the event.
There isn’t much on the PS5 website yet, except a form where you can sign-up for news about the console. The form has the following message:
