This week on the PlayStation Store, Europe has received a fairly large update compared to the US. As per last week, a number of games are still discounted on the European Store until next week. A number of new demos are available in Europe, including Uno, which is also available in the US. New add-on game content is available for Rock Band and Guitar Hero 5 on both stores including the Alice in Chains track pack. Check out the new content on both stores below.
The UK PlayStation Video Store will be updated on Monday from now on, so here is your update for this week. New titles available to purchase this month include The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 and The Hurt Locker, and new titles available for rental include Inglourious Basterds, Terminator Salvation and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. The first PlayStation Video Store update for the US is now live, adding several recent movies including Jennifer’s Body, 9, District 9 and The Final Destination. Check out the clip below for a sneak peek of the latest installment in the “Final Destination” series. You will also find a free sneak peak to season 8 of 24 and several other free videos.
The second Digital Comic update, and the first for 2010, is now live for Europe and North American. 40 new comics are available for purchase in Europe, including new episodes of The Avengers, Paranormal Activity, and Star Trek. The US has received just over 40 new titles as well, including new episodes of Daredevil, G.I. Joe and Transformers.
The first PlayStation Store update for 2010 is finally here. For Europe, a number of new demos are available as well as four new downloadable games. New games are on offer until January 21st too, including Rag Doll Kung Fu and Savage Moon. The US has received two new demos as well as the latest episode of Qore. New DLC is available for Borderlands, PAIN, Rock Band and other titles.

The European PSP Store has been updated with new content earlier than usual this week, as Thursday is Christmas Eve. This week, a number of additional titles have been discounted and two new games have been added to the Store. Four new Minis titles are available to purchase in Europe too. On the US Store, a number of premium themes have been added two new playable demos.

PSOne classic Vagrant Story is now available to purchase, and new playable demos have been added too. The first set of Premium Avatars are also available for purchase, all based on LittleBigPlanet. adhocParty is also finally available in Europe too. The LittleBigPlanet Pirates of the Caribbean costumes are available to purchase on both the US and European Stores.
On the PSP Store this week, the Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker demo is now available to download in both Europe and the US. A number of titles have been reduced permanently on the European store so go and grab yourself a bargain. The US Store also has a selection of new PSP XMB Themes and game videos for you to enjoy.
