Images filed with the Taiwanese National Communication Commission (NCC) show images of the PS5 along with the stand for the first time. The images show the PS5 with UHD Blu-ray drive, and how the stand will attach to the console horizontally, but not vertically.

Engadget reports that Sony’s PlayStation 4 console has passed the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the US, certifying that the console’s radio and wi-fi hardware is compliant in the States. The labels filed with the FCC indicate the final model number for the console is CUH-1001A, and that the console will have a maximum clock frequency of 2.75GHz – same as the dev kits.
According to new paperwork filed with the FCC, Sony is looking to launch two new PS3 slim models. The new models, CECH-2101A and CECH-2101B, filed by Sony’s pseudonym company Sand Dollar Enterprise, has similar components to the existing slim model including the same Bluetooth and Wifi components.
