This week on the PlayStation Video Store, Year One (Unrated Edition) is now available for download. In addition, there are there are lots of new TV episodes and new movies available for purchase. This week’s top movie downloads are X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Observe and Report and Superman/Batman: Public Enemies.

Uncharted 2 Multiplayer Demo Statistics

Naughty Dog has revealed some statistics around the Uncharted 2: Among Thieves multiplayer demo, which went public last week. to day, there’s been more than 1 million games played, adding up to a total of 9,905 days worth of gameplay, or over 27 years. It’s no surprise really as Uncharted 2 is one of the most anticipated games this year. The demo could well be the most downloaded demo in PlayStation Store history. See below for other statistics.
PlayStation Store Update for Oct 8th 2009

This week on the PlayStation Store, Europe has a price promotion on several PSOne classics and a whole load of new downloadable titles have also been added including NBA Live 10, Tomb Raider Legend and Holy Invasion Of Privacy Badman!. Three new PSP Minis titles are also available in Europe. For the US, the new episode of PULSE is now available as well as NBA Live 10. You can also find a selection of premium PSP themes from the US Store.
PlayStation Store Update for Oct 8th 2009

This week on the PlayStation Store, the European Store has a price promotion on several PSOne titles. Comet Crash is finally available in Europe too and Critter Crunch is available to purchase on the US Store. No new playable demos for either store this week. Downloadable content this week includes new Fallout 3 DLC, the first DLC pack for IL2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey and LittleBigPlanet music packs.
PSP Sales Up 300% In North America

The PSPgo has given PSP sales a huge boost in North America. Sony has yet to release any hard numbers for the PSP Go, but according to Sony Computer Entertainment America, the latest PSP iteration is doing a great job of boosting sales for the PSP platform. In the three days since launch, sales have jumped 300% compared to the previous week.
NFL Comes to PlayStation Home + More

It’s a huge month for PlayStation Home, with lots of new additions coming. To start, EA SPORTS has brought the NFL into PlayStation Home. You can now purchase jerseys from the EA Sports Complex (and the Home Mall) – there are 32 jerseys total available. Also coming to PlayStation is the new Camera item, allowing you to take photos within Home.
SAW Trophies

This game is based on the Saw movies, which feature elaborate, torturous traps designed by a psychopath named Jigsaw. Some hidden trophies from the list are currently missing but we will update the list once we find the remain trophies.
Naughty Dog Talks Uncharted 2 DLC

Naughty Dog has revealed it’s downloadable content plans for upcoming title Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. According to Naughty Dog, downloadable content will include additional multiplayer goodies such as maps and game modes. Multiplayer designer Justin Richmond revealed that competitive content will be added to the game, but no co-op DLC will be available “for the foreseeable future.”
PSN Codes Now Available At Amazon

Sony has announced that Amazon will start selling digital access codes for more than 200 PlayStation Network games and game-related content for the PlayStation 3 and PSP. You can start redeeming codes right now from Amazon.com, and use them to download content for the PS3 or PSP systems with US PSN accounts. The codes will stay in the customer’s Your Games & Software Library so you can retrieve them at a later time if needed.
