The latest DLC content for Gran Theft Auto IV, Episode from Liberty City, has been delayed worldwide for two weeks. Rockstar attribute the delay to a last minute game submission request from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe to edit some of the in-game Liberty City radio station, television, and internet content.
DICE and EA announced in a press release that Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is on pace to be the top selling title for March 2010. The game has already some over 2.3M units in North America and Europe, according to internal data from EA. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is winning accolades from fans and critics for outstanding visuals and action-packed gameplay with no less than 46 outlets having awarded the game a score of 90 or above.
Quantic Dreams has finally addressed the issues experienced by some gamers in Heavy Rain by releasing a new patch today. The patch weighs in at 38MB and fixes the issues reported by users including the accidental nudity (did they really have to fix that one?), game crashes and audio glitches. Booting up your copy of Heavy Rain will prompt you to download the v1.02 patch.
The BAFTA Video Games Awards 2010 are now over and the results are in! Our predictions for the winners in some of the categories were almost correct – Uncharted 2: Among Thieves scooped five awards including Best Action Game and Best Story. Batman: Arkham Asylum was second, winning two awards in Best Game and Best Gameplay. Surprisingly, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 only managed to get one award – and it wasn’t for it’s online play.

Dubbed the “Trooper Gear Pack,” the will offer a number of cool goodies for veterans and first timers alike. Out of everything in the pack, the most popular will likely be the oft-requested “Flashbang Grenade” that can be used to confuse, disorient or distract your enemies in a single throw.
This week on the PSP Store, Episode 5 of The Tester is available to download from the US store, marking the half-way point for season 1. A number of new downloadable games are also available including Patchwork Heroes in both the US and Europe. The GAME Moonbase is set on the Moon’s surface , offering gamers an information hub, with posters, internet terminals and a video screen. On the second floor you’ll find everything you need to let your hair down: a dance floor, meeting places and more.
Sony has launched a new section called Share on the PlayStation.Blog which will enable users to post their own ideas on how Sony can improve the PlayStation experience. Users can also vote on suggestions made by others, after which the most popular ideas would be considered for implementation by Sony!
