Now that VidZone has been patched to include VidZone TV, this week’s update includes a list of new content you can find. Dead Space 2 Trailer

The developers at Visceral Games is working hard on Dead Space 2 but Steve Papoutsis, Executive Producer for Dead Space 2, has just released trailer for the PS3 version of the game (see below). The concept behind the trailer is to hint at one of the core elements in Dead Space 2, while also showing off new enemies, a peek at an environment, and some other sneaky things.
PlayStation Home Getting BioShock Costumes + More

PlayStation Home is getting a big update tomorrow, including BioShock costumes, a ModNation Racers Challenge, the Iron Man 2 Mini-game we mentioned earlier this week and more. You will be able to purchase Big Daddy and Big Sister costumes from the Mall, and the Assassin’s Creed II Personal Space will also be available from Estates.
Dante’s Inferno: Trials of St. Lucia DLC Coming Soon

Dante’s Inferno will be getting some DLC soon. The Trials of St. Lucia introduces an new playable character to the game: St. Lucia, and adds online cooperative play so you and a friend can fight hordes of creatures together. Lastly, the DLC includes a Trial creation editor, allowing you create your own Trials, play them, and even upload them to the community.
Rumor Alert: Background Patch Downloading In Future Firmware

Currently, downloading a patch for your favourite game can be a little annoying. You have to wait for the patch to download and install before you can get playing. A rumor suggests that Sony is working on a new feature for a future firmware update what allows gamers to download the patch in the background while enjoying the game.
Sony Japan Offers PS3 Hard Disk Upgrades

If you aren’t confident in upgrading your PS3 Hard Disk youself, Sony has just announced a new service in Japan. The service upgrades your current PS3 to 250GB as well as taking care of moving all the content to the new disk, labor and returning the original drive.
The Sims 3 Confirmed for Fall 2010 Release

Back in February, we reported that The Sims 3 was headed to consoles later this year. Now, EA has confirmed that The Sims 3 will be available on the PlayStation 3 and other consoles in Autumn 2010. “We’ve tailored each platform of The Sims 3 with exclusive features to allow for even more control, creativity, and connectivity,” says Sam Player, Executive Producer at EA.
Kick-Ass Game Coming to PS3 This Week

For those of you living under a rock, Kick-Ass is an amazing movie by director Mathew Vaughn. It’s based on the superhero brainchild of writer Mark Millar and artist John Romita Jr, and features a unique take on superheroes. The game will be heading to the PlayStation Network this Thursday, and it’s a cross between the comics and the movie.
Iron Man Game Coming to PlayStation Home

To celebrate the release of Iron Man 2 this week, Paramount Pictures International and AUDI AG will be launching a brand new Iron Man mini-game located in the Audi Space. You will have the chance to throw on the Iron Man suit and pilot your way through a tricky skyscraper obstacle course, picking up arc reactors and dodging the mines to power your way onto the leaderboard.
Split/Second Demo Heading to PSN May 11th 2010

Disney and Black Rock have released a demo for Split/Second on Xbox Live earlier today and it will soon be heading to the PlayStation Network too. Unfortunately, the demo is available exclusively to Xbox Live until May 11th 2010, which is when it will be released on PSN. The full game will be available to purchase later in May, with the North American release slated for May 18th and May 21st in Europe.
