Blacklight: Tango Down hits the PlayStation Store later today, and to celebrate its release, Sony have released a brand-new, exclusive gameplay video and a piece of never-before seen concept art. Blacklight is a fast-paced, action-oriented, first-person shooter that takes place in 25 years in the future.
The PSPgo was released just over a year ago and Sony hasn’t been doing to well selling the UMD-less PSPgo, so this news doesn’t come as much of a surprise. Sony Japan has announced a substantial price cut for the portable console today affecting both North America and Japan.
The 30th episode of FirstPlay will be available to download from the PlayStation Store this Wednesday. This week’s issue follows the horror theme with Halloween just around the corner. You can find previews of F.3.A.R. and Shadows Of The Damned, a look at the meanest video nasties on the PSN Store, and play-throughs of three of the scariest LittleBigPlanet levels.
Last month, the PlayStation celebrated its 15th Anniversary, and this month another milestone is reached. The PlayStation 2 is now ten years old and one of the best selling consoles of all time, with more than 140 million units around the world. The PlayStation 2 was also the first console to hit 50 million units sold in North America.
On October 26th, ModNation Racers is getting the first of many track-enhancing part packs. The Stunt Pack is the first of the packs, and each one features a group of new parts to make the already amazing tracks out there even better.
