Rockstar has released a further three images today for upcoming title Grand Theft Auto 5. The new images appear to depict leisure activites one could presumably partake in the game, showing dirt bikes, tennis and parachutes.
Sony Closing Liverpool Studio

Sony is to close down its Liverpool Studio, responsible for developing games like WipEout, as part of the company’s restructuring efforts. Sony acquired the developers back in 1993 to join Sony Wordwide Studios, but is looking to relocate relocate staff to other parts of the business.
Metal Gear Solid HD Titles Coming to PSN

As part of yesterday’s US PlayStation Store update, Konami have released Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty HD and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater HD as separate downloadable titles from the PlayStation Store on both the PS3 and PS Vita. Konami has also confirmed that Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker will be available on the PS3 next week.
Max Payne 3 “Disorganised Crime” Coming Next Week

As mentioned earlier this month in the revised DLC schedule for Max Payne 3, Rockstar has confirmed that the “Disorganised Crime” will be released next week on all platforms. The DLC pack will be free to download, and including a multiplayer map, additional modifiers for Arcade Mode, and an all-new “Noir Mode”.
US PlayStation Store Update for August 21st 2012

Lots of new content is available on the PlayStation Store in North America this week, including two new PS3 titles and a number of PSN titles available to purchase and download. Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is available to purchase, and new PlayStation Plus content is available too, including access to the DUST 514 beta.
Uncharted 3 “Game of the Year” Edition Release Date Revealed

Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is getting a Game of the Year Edition next month, combining the original game with several DLC packs that have been released for the game. Drake’s third adventure revolves around a search for the fabled “Atlantis of the Sands”, and will be available to purchase on September 19th 2012.
PSN Summer Sale – Week 4

The fourth and final Summer Sale update in Europe goes live tomorrow, give you discounts on a number of PS3 titles and DLC, PSP titles, PS2 titles and Minis. Unfortunately, there are no new PS Vita titles included in the sale this week. The sale will finish next week on August 28th to be sure to grab the deals before they’re gone.
Guardians of Middle-Earth “Behind-the-Scenes” Video Released

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and developers Monolith Productions have released a new behind-the-scenes video for their upcoming multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) title Guardians of Middle-Earth. The video shows a group of hardcore MOBA players giving the game a play test to provide feedback and help in the development and shaping of the title.
Wonderbook Event in London This Weekend, Pricing Revealed

This bank holiday weekend (25th, 26th & 27th August), HMV in Oxford Street, London is demoing Wonderbook for the PS3, along with J. K. Rowling’s Book of Spells. In addition, pre-orders for the game will begin this weekend, with HMV giving discounts on the title.
Dust 514 Beta Available to PS Plus Members from Tomorrow

PlayStation Plus members are getting a treat tomorrow, August 22nd. CCP is opening up the Dust 514 closed beta to all SCEE PlayStation Plus members, giving players a unique chance to experience the ground-breaking MMO shooter. Hurry though, as beta access ends on September 5th.
