The hightly anticipated Grand Theft Auto V has been delayed according to Rockstar. Originally due for release this Spring, the open-world title has been pushed back to September 2013. In fact, Rockstar has revealed a firm release date for September, instead of just a release window.
EU PlayStation Store Update for January 30th 2013

New PS3 and PS Vita games are available on the European PlayStation Store along with new DLC. A large number of new PS2 Classics have also been available on the Store, including GTA: Vice City. Sound Shapes demo is available on both the PS3 and PS Vita, and a new PS Minis title is available too.
Defiance Release Date Announced

Trion Worlds have announced the release date of open-world MMO shooter, Defiance, as well as releasing an all-new live action trailer. The game is tied to the TV show of the same name, debuting on the Syfy channel on April 15th 2013. Set in St. Louis, the series will chronicle the lives of humans and aliens in St. Louis.
US PlayStation Store Update for Jan 29th 2013

New games and DLC content is available on the US PlayStation Store this week including PS2 classic GTA: Vice City and new fishing sim Let’s Fish! Hooked On on the PS Vita. New PlayStation Plus content is available too and a demo of upcoming game Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is available for both the PS3 and PS Vita.
US PlayStation Plus Update for January 29th 2013

January is almost over, but SCEA have one last update for PlayStation Plus subscribers. Adding to the list of free games already added to the Instant Game Collection this month, Sony will be adding Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus for the PS Vita in today’s store update.
Sleeping Dogs and F1 Race Stars Coming to PlayStation Plus in February

SCEE has revealed the February line-up for PlayStation Plus subscribers, which includes the critically acclaimed Sleeping Dogs. The new titles will be available to subscribers from February 6th 2013. In addition to Sleeping Dogs being available to members, PS Plus subscribers can also look forward to the arrival of the Formula One style kart racer F1 Race Stars and puzzle-platformer Quantum Conundrum.
Black Ops II Back at the Top of UK Charts

This week’s UK Games chart is pretty much the same as it’s been this year, mainly due to a lack of new releases. Newcomer DmC has dropped to fourth place after just one week on top of the chart, and Call of Duty: Black Ops II reclaims the top spot followed by FIFA 13 in second place.
God of War: Ascension will Include The Last of Us Demo

The Last of Us is scheduled for release in May 2013, which seems like ages away, but if you want to get a preview of the game before release you’ll be happy to know that a demo of the game will be included in God of War: Ascension when it launches in March 2013.
Crysis 3 Beta Gameplay Footage

Footage from the Crysis 3 beta has been released showing the game in action. Sony Fined £250,000 Over PlayStation Network Hack

Sony has been fined £250,000 over the PlayStation Hack that occurred in April 2011, due to a “serious breach” of the Data Protection Act, according to the BBC. According to the Information Commissioner’s Office, Sony could have prevented the hack by keeping security software up-to-date.
