Lots of new content is available on the PlayStation Store in Europe this week, and it’s also the first update for May. In addition to several new PS3 and PS Vita games being added to the PlayStation Store, three new games have been added to the Instant Game Collection for PlayStation Plus subscribers. New games include cross-buy title Zombie Tycoon II: Brainhov’s Revenge, and Machinarium on the PS Vita. New DLC content is also available for both consoles.
Activision has officially announced Call of Duty: Ghosts for the PS3, and other consoles, with a release date set for November 2013. The game will also be “available for next generation platforms,” and is being developed by original Call of Duty studio Infinity Ward. The announcement confirms a retailer leak from last week. The official trailer for the game has also been revealed.
LOVEFiLM, an Amazon company, has released version 2.0 of its streaming application for the PS3, bringing a host of exciting new features to members. New features include an improved search function and recommendation engine, making great content more accessible than ever before, and an optimised user interface that enhances the way members browse the latest films and TV shows.

Ubisoft has confirmed that Watch_Dogs on the PS3 and PS4 will have 60 minutes of exclusive content. The news was revealed when the game’s official box art was revealed earlier this week. The game will be releasing in November 2013 on the PS3, while the PS4 release date has yet to be revealed. The nature of the bonus content hasn’t been revealed yet, but it’s likely to be the same for both consoles.
Rockstar have today released brand new trailers for one of the most anticipated games this year: Grand Theft Auto V. The new trailers focus on the game’s three main characters: Michael, Franklin and Trevor. You can watch all three trailers in one go below, or choose to watch one of the stand-alone character trailers.
David Cage from Quantic Dreams has revealed that its upcoming title, BEYOND: Two Souls, will contain 10 hours of gameplay. The information was revealed over the weekend at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City. Thirty-five minutes of gameplay from the game’s “Homeless” level was shown, depicting main character Jodie Holmes (played by actress Ellen Page) fighting for her life and to protect her friends.
Watch_Dogs on the PS3 now has an official release date, and will be coming to the console in November in North America. The release date for the PS4 version of the game will be revealed at a later date according to Ubisoft. In addition to revealing the game’s release date, Ubisoft has also released a new trailer of the game.
The Dust 514 Open Beta is coming to an end shortly, after months of testing, but the good news is that the full game will be launching in May 2013. The beta will come to an end on May 14th 2013, but will be replaced with the full free-to-play version. The Uprising update will also be released on the same day, adding a ton of new stuff to the game.
