Rockstar Games has revealed their own social network, called Lifeinvader, which will tie into the upcoming online part of Grand Theft Auto V, which launches in October. The site ties in with your Rockstar Social Club and gives you a profile for your Grand Theft Auto Online character and allow you to connect with other players.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Next-Gen Trailer

Ubisoft have released a new trailer for Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag which focuses specifically on the next-generation version of the game, showing the technical achievements you can find on the PS4 and Xbox One versions. One of the many improvements is dynamic foliage so it’s easier to see your character when you’re being stealthy.
GTA V Coming to PS4? Amazon.de Thinks So

Rockstar hasn’t clarified if GTA V is coming to next-gen consoles, but with less than a week to go until the official release, Amazon.de has listed the game for the PS4. The listing has since been taken down and now redirects to a 404 page, but the screenshot below confirms the listing and shows the PS4 box art for the game.
Top PSN Sellers for August 2013 in North America

SCEA has released it’s own PlayStation Network Charts for August 2013, revealing the top selling games in North America. On the PS3, DuckTales: Remastered was the top selling game followed by PAYDAY 2. On the PS Vita, newly released Dragon’s Crown was the top selling title, followed by re-entry Rayman Origins.
Puppeteer Launch Trailer

PS3 exclusive Puppeteer is now available in North America, and to celebrate the release, a new launch trailer has been released. The game was in development for over three and a half years, mixing both Western and Japanese influences to create this unique game for the PS3. Puppeteer is the story of a boy-turned-wooden-puppet on a quest to vanquish the evil Moon Bear King.
PAL PlayStation Store Chart for August 2013

Sony has released the PlayStation Store charts for August for PAL regions, revealing Payday 2 as the top selling title on the PS3 last month, followed by GTA IV. July’s top selling title, The Last of Us, has dropped to third in the chart. On the PS Vita, LittleBigPlanet re-entered the chart and made it to number one, while July’s title, Hotline Miami, has dropped to fourth.
Grand Theft Auto V’s Map Leaked

The full map of GTA V’s open world has been leaked, possibly from a strategy guide, and includes points of interest and showing just how expansive the in-game world is. The image first appeared on a thread on Reddit, but has since been removed, most likely at the request of Rockstar Games.
Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborm Beta Coming to PS4 in February 2014

Square-Enix has announced that beta testing for the PS4 version of MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will begin in February 2014, in addition to upgrade plans for PS3 owners. Beta testing will begin on February 22nd 2014,and a free transition program will be in place for gamers wanting to upgrade from the PS3 version to the PS4 version.
Developers Claim PS4 Is 50% More Powerful Than Xbox One

According to a series of tweets from Adrian Chmielarz, the former Creative Director of developer People Can Fly, the PS4 is a more powerful console than the Xbox One. Chmielarz goes on to clarify that the specs won’t make must of a difference, noting that the Xbox 360 is more powerful than the PS3 yet Naughty Dog have managed to make the best looking game this generation with The Last of Us.
inFamous: Second Son Pre-Order Bonuses Revealed

Sucker Punch Productions’ upcoming title, inFamous: Second Son, launches on the PS4 early next year, and they’ve revealed the pre-order bonuses for the game. If you pre-order the game from participating retailers, you’ll be able to get exclusive vests designed by Seattle locals Penny Arcade, the talented team over at iam8bit, San Diego street artist Exist 1981 and artista y disenadora, Jos!
