The highly anticipated God of War Ragnarök has launched to great success, breaking the record for the fastest selling first party game in PlayStation history. In the first week, the game has sold over 5.1 million copies. The sales also means it’s the fastest selling game in the God of War franchise.
Sony revealed the record-breaking sales in a tweet to Santa Monica Studios. In addition to this news, a new patch for the game was also released fixing a few issues with the game. Patch v2.04 is now available to download.
