The release date for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has been moved up a week in a surprising move. The game was previously scheduled to release on 17th November 2020 but will now launch on 10th November to line up with the launch of the Xbox Series X / S.
The game will also be releasing on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia with free next-gen upgrades for PS4 and Xbox One owners. As the PS5 currently has no release date, PS4 owners can buy the game and later upgrade to next-gen.
“We are excited to announce that players will be able to discover Assassin’s Creed Valhalla sooner than expected! We cannot wait to see the world we’ve been creating over the past three years coming to life on all platforms, including on the next generation of consoles with the Xbox Series X | S on 10th November.”Julien Laferrière, Producer on Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
