If your subscription to Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn has expired you’ll be happy to know that Square-Enix has announced a free weekend. The free weekend begins this Friday at 8am, until 8am on Monday, but will be available only to those who’ve previously subscribed to the game.
The aim of the free weekend is to let players experience the recent patch (v2.5), and hopefully entice players into renewing their subscription to benefit from the new content.
