New in Version 2.5

Hey I updated to the new media manager and tried to use it but it says “Insert a Memory Stick Duo in your PSP
system, connect it to the PC, and activate the USB connection on the PSP” I followed these instructions but the message popped up again. It worked with the old version of Media Manager but not now. I have the latest PSP firmware and a Sandisk Pro Duo 2GB Memory stick. How do I solve this problem?

You must set up a profile for your PSP using the media manager. also, check that your cable is actually plugged in and that the drivers are installed.

I didn’t have any problems getting it set up but I was disappointed to see that the Document transfer feature has gone, which I used quite a lot. There are some nice features added like the random music & that you can now search for songs but there are still a lot of the same bugbears as before so on the whole not sure it was worth the upgrade

Everytime I select movies conversion to High AVC it still only converts to low AVC, They now transfer to the VIDEO folder of the Memory Card in a single .MP4 file rather than the better quality MP_ROOT folder where the movie converts in PSPMM2.0 was both an .MP4 and .THM.
