With the release of SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo 3, Sony has introduced a new security feature in the hopes of combating piracy on the PSP. In SCEA’s new initiative, those who will purchase the game are now required to register the title through PlayStation Network before given access to online gameplay.
After three delays to SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo 3, we finally have some good news to bring you. The game is available to purchase today in North America, but if you are unsure about purchasing it, a playable demo will be available next week. On February 11th 2010, you will be able to download the demo straight to your PSP from the PlayStation Store.
After much delay, SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo 3 has finally gone gold in North America and is off to manufacturing. You’ll be able to pick up the third iteration to the Fireteam Bravo series from shops and via the PlayStation Network from February 16. If you were looking forward to the third iteration of SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo, we have some bad news for you. Slant Six and SCEA have confirmed that Fireteam Bravo 3 will be delayed again, making it the second delay to the title. The game was originally supposed to be released in November 2009, but was then pushed back to January 12th 2010. A new release date has not been revealed but we expect one in the next few weeks.
The third iteration of the hit PSP series SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo, is making it way to the PSP in 2010. To be exact, Fireteam Bravo 3 will be available to purchase from January 12, 2010. Originally, the game was supposed to hit stores on Tuesday, November 24 2009, but has since been delayed. It’s been well over two years since Fireteam Bravo 2 was released so if you are looking for a SOCOM fix, you will have to wait a little longer.
