The PlayStation Store download charts has been released for North America, revealing the top selling digital titles last year. But who were the big winners in 2018? On the PS4, it’s no surprised that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 was the top selling title.

Almost 50% of Physical Games Sold in UK in 2018 were for PS4

According to a report from Games Industry, 48% of all physical video games sold in the UK in 2018 were for the PS4, although the figure was slightly down compared in 2017. 30.2% of the physical games were sold on Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch doubled it’s sales to 16.8%.

The PlayStation Store charts for December 2018 have been revealed for North America, revealing the top selling digital games over the holiday period. On the PS4, PUBG was the top selling title thanks to a PlayStation Plus promotion.

Tropico 6 Delayed Until March 2019

Tropico 6 was expected to release in 2018, but was later delayed to January 2019. Now, Eurogamer reports that the PC version of game has again been delayed, and is now scheduled for release on 29th March 2019.

PS4 Passes 91 Million Units Worldwide

This Christmas season has once again been a successful one for the PS4, which has now sold over 91.6 million units worldwide. In fact, over 5.6 million units have been sold since the last update back in mid-November.
