If you don’t already know, Sega is releasing Mega Drive titles on the PlayStation Network, with the first titles appearing on the store today. PlayStation Plus users can download Sonic the Hedgehog from the store today, and can expect a further five more titles over the next few months.
The SOCOM 4 PlayStation Plus beta can now be downloaded from the PlayStation Store. The beta runs from March 23rd to March 28th 2011, with each day offering something different. Check out the game schedule and match types for the beta below.
In response to overwhelming demand from the PS3 community, Sony are pleased to announce that Online Storage for Game Saves will be available to PlayStation Plus members from tomorrow, 10th March 2011, allowing you to store your game saves for peace of mind and easy access from any PlayStation 3 system in the world.

This month, subscribers in Europe can look forward to two PSN titles, including Sonic The Hedgehog, exclusive to Plus subscribers for one month. SEGA has created some of the most defining titles in video game history. And now, the SEGA Genesis Collection is coming to PlayStation Store. Starting March 29th 2011, SEGA will be rolling out the SEGA Genesis Collection, including Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Altered Beast, and more.
The EU PlayStation Store has been updated with bonus content today, including the Killzone 3 single player demo and 100% discount on Stacking, which also debuted on the the store today. The Killzone 3 single player demo is free to download and exclusive for Plus members for one week.
PlayStation Plus subscribers will be receiving exclusive demos to two upcoming PlayStation 3 exclusives. On February 8, Sony will be releasing a special PlayStation Plus update giving all PlayStation Plus subscribers exclusive access to a single player demo for Killzone 3. . On February 15, in the regular publish, you will be able to download upcoming sequel to SEGA’s Yakuza series, Yakuza 4.
Sony has revealed the contents of the next PlayStation Plus update for North America, due for release on February 1st 2011. The first update for February will include an auto download of a demo of Tales from Space: About a Blob, 50% discounts off both versions of Fat Princess, and 20% of Kung-Fu LIVE. Kicking off the PlayStation Plus update on January 18 are discounts on two PlayStation Network titles, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World and Modern Combat: Domination. You can also get 25% off new DLC for real time strategy title, R.U.S.E., and a free download of Hero of Sparta, a popular PlayStation mini from Gameloft.
The European PlayStation Plus update for January is now available on the PlayStation Store, and will be available until February 2nd 2011. Highlights this month include a few copy of PSN title Shatter and brand new Minis title Pipe Madness. You can also find new dynamic themes and avatars for free.
