January is almost over, but SCEA have one last update for PlayStation Plus subscribers. Adding to the list of free games already added to the Instant Game Collection this month, Sony will be adding Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus for the PS Vita in today’s store update.
SCEE has revealed the February line-up for PlayStation Plus subscribers, which includes the critically acclaimed Sleeping Dogs. The new titles will be available to subscribers from February 6th 2013. In addition to Sleeping Dogs being available to members, PS Plus subscribers can also look forward to the arrival of the Formula One style kart racer F1 Race Stars and puzzle-platformer Quantum Conundrum.
This week, PlayStation Plus subscribers in North America get access to another free title as Darksiders joins the Instant Game Collection. The game joins NBA JAM: On Fire Edition and Mega Man 9 and 10, which were added to the Instant Game Collection earlier this month.
Despite having no regular PlayStation Store update in Europe this week, the Store has still been updated with the first of January’s PlayStation Plus content. The first three of five new titles are now available to download from the Instant Game Collection, which includes Guardians of Middle Earth.
Just before the New Year, the US PlayStation Store was updated one last time with new content for gamers. In particular, PlayStation Plus subscribers are able to download two new titles added to the Instant Game Collection: NBA JAM On Fire for the PS3 and Chronovolt for the PS Vita.
Sony has a nice little treat for PlayStation Plus subscribers this Christmas. This week, the store was updated on Monday, since Tuesday was Christmas day, and Plus subscribers got an early Christmas treat as a result: Retro City Rampage. The game is now part of the Instant Game Collection, available for both the PS Vita and PS3.
Sony has revealed that January will be a big month for PlayStation Plus subscribers. To get over the festive season, Sony are adding five new titles to the Instant Game Collection – 3 for the PS3 and 2 for the PS Vita – spread over the month.
Later this week, new PS3 and PS Vita title Knytt Underground joins the Instant Game Collection for PlayStation Plus subscribers. The game is set in the future, hundreds of years after the humans disappeared from the planet. Sprites, fairies and various other lifeforms roam tunnels underground. They are curious about their origin and the meaning of life, and to find those answers they try to understand the ones who had obviously figured it out; the humans.
PlayStation Plus subscribers in North America will be getting a new game as part of the Instant Game Collection later today. PS3 title Anomaly Warzone Earth will be added to the Instant Game Collection today, which is action-strategy game where you are tasked with saving Earth from an alien onslaught.
Sony has revealed that the God of War: Ascension multiplayer beta is officially coming to PlayStation Plus on 9th January. The beta will include two playable modes: Team Favor Rush mode and the yet-to-be-seen Favor of the Gods mode.
