Sony has confirmed the PS4 games that will make up the January 2016 PlayStation Plus update in an email to subscribers. In the email Sony reveals that Hardware Rivals and Grim Fandango Remastered will be two of the six games available in the New Year.
Got yourself a new PS4 on Black Friday or Cyber Monday? Sony is holding a free multiplayer weekend this week, giving PS4 owners the ability to play online without the need of a PlayStation Plus subscription. The free multiplayer weekend starts on Friday, 11th December at 12:01 AM Pacific, until Sunday, 13th December, at 11:59 PM Pacific.
Sony has revealed December’s PlayStation Plus line-up, which include six new games across the three PlayStation consoles. PS4 owners can look forward to Gauntlet: Slayer Edition and King’s Quest Chapter 1, while PS3 owners can get SSX.
SCEE and SCEA have revealed the PlayStation Plus games you can expect to join the Instant Game Collection in November 2015. Six new games will join the Instant Game Collection on Tuesday, 3rd November 2015, including The Walking Dead Season 2 (PS4) and Mass Effect 2 (PS3).
A day late, but the EU PlayStation Store update is finally live on the PlayStation Store. This week you can find seven new PS4 games, three new PS3 games and one new PS Vita game, including Journey Collector’s Edition, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 and a playable demo of Uncharted The Nathan Drake Collection.
Sony has announced October’s PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection, with Broken Age and Super Meat Boy leading the line-up. Six new games will be available from October 6th 2015 in both North America and Europe. Sony has also revealed that DRIVECLUB PlayStation Plus edition will be leaving PlayStation Plus when this update goes live, so be sure to grab it before it’s gone.
Lots of new content is available on the European PlayStation Store this week, with 11 new PS4 games, including Destiny: The Taken King, PES 2016, and Flame Over; eight new PS3 games including the PES 2016 Digital Version and Rugby League Live 3; and one new PS Vita game. You can also find new DLC content and some great PS4 deals this week.

Sony has detailed the new games coming to the PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection next week (on 1st September 2015), while also revealing the winner of the first Vote to Play winner. On the PS4, you can look forward to Grow Home, Super Time Force Ultra (cross-buy with PS Vita), Teslagrad (cross-buy with PS3), and Xeodrifter (cross-buy with PS Vita).
A number of NeoGAF users have received emails from Sony stating that the price of the three month subscription to PlayStation Plus will be rising from September. The subscription will rise from £11.99 for 90-days to £14.99, but the price for monthly and annual subscriptions will remain the same. The price change takes affect from 1st September 2015, and will affect your subscription on your renewal date.
