The Shoot is a title exclusive to PlayStation Move, an arcade shooter where you are an action hero and the PlayStation Move motion controller is your gun. You can also duck behind cover and dodge projectiles, using the PlayStation Move. There are five different themes, all spoofs of classic B-Movies: the Wild West, undersea monsters, haunted house, mobsters and a robot invasion.
If you are a Heavy Rain fan and own LittleBigPlanet, you will love the new costumes heading to the PlayStation Store this week. Five costumes from Heavy Rain will be added to LittleBigPlanet, as well as a set of stickers for you to enjoy. Costumes include Ethan Mars, Madison Paige and Shelby Scott.
Sony has officially confirmed that PS3 will receive a separate firmware update to support new 3D Blu-ray discs. Sony says (via Andriasang) that the new firmware update will be released ‘by the end of the year’. Firmware 3.30, which was released in April, added 3D game support to the console.
As you are probably aware of by now, Killzone 3 was announced last week. Sony has now released the first official teaser trailer for the game, featuring highlights of the new brutal melee combat system. The release of the trailer coincides with the release of the new Killzone.com website.
TikGames-Creat Studios has recently announced that Smash Card will getting a new DLC pack. Smash Cars: Virus Run DLC will feature an all-new online racing mode for up to six players to battle to the finish line. But this time, one randomly selected player quickly becomes the group’s foe! The “infected” car rushes the racetrack with the ability to contaminate other players.
If you happen to be a early tech adopter and have a 3D TV lying around, you can now play the first full 3D game on your PS3. Super Stardust HD has now been updated with full 3D graphics and can be downloaded from the PlayStation Store. If you already own the title, delete your copy and re-download it to get the 3D version.
This week on the US PlayStation Store you can find the Rampage vs. Evans UFC 114 Replay, NBA 2010 Finals or Stanley Cup 2010 Finals games to your PS3 or PSP. Under ‘Featured Collections’ you can also check out the new Crackle collection featuring full length, unedited movies, TV shows and original programming including slick, sexy, and action-packed shows like The Bannen Way, Jace Hall, Trenches, and Urban Wolf.

Uncharted 2 was updated this week, bringing the game to version v1.08. The patch was released in Europe on Saturday, May 29, 2010, and in the remaining regions worldwide on Tuesday, June 1, 2010. The patch fixes a number of issues in the game but has also removed the twitter update functionality found in the game. The changelog for the update can be found below.
