Konami has announced that the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will be release on February 3rd 2012 for Xbox 360 & PS3 in Europe. The collection will contain Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, MGS2: Sons of Liberty, MGS 3: Snake Eater and MGS: Peace Walker. Check out the trailer below in the mean time.

The PlayStation Network will be undergoing scheduled maintenance in the early hours of Thursday morning, between the hours of 02:00 and 08:00 UK time. As usual, during this period the PSN will be unavailable, meaning you won’t be able to connect to the network or any related services.
The Uncharted 3 Multipler Experience is coming to a close very shortly. Less than a week remains until Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception hits stores so make the most of the last few days of the Multiplayer Experience. Check out this useful short video that includes hints on how to effectively use melee, cover, evasion, aiming, and other skills while playing multiplayer.
The PlayStation Vita is really going to be huge when it’s released next year in North America and Europe. The portable console has a lot of potential as a gaming device as well as media, thanks to the innovative technology that makes up the PlayStation Vita. Battlefield 3 was released on the PS3 today and the team over at DICE have revealed the complete trophy list for the game. The game has a total of 38 trophies, but you can expect more trophies to be added in DLC content. Don’t forget that PS3 gamers will be able to purchase, download and play the upcoming expansion pack Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand one week early.

Public Beta codes for Starhawk will be included in Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception when the game is available next month. However, the Open Beta won’t start until Early 2012, but in the meantime, a closed beta is planned, starting in November. Warhawk players will be receiving closed beta invitations via email in waves to access the Starhawk private beta.
