New content has been added to the European PlayStation Store, with over 20 new PS4 games and five new PS Vita games available for purchase. New games this week include Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, Project CARS 2 and The Solus Project (VR). The full list of new games in this week’s update can be found below.
Final Fantasy IX Out Today on PS4

Final Fantasy IX is coming to the PS4 today with additional features, including trophies and high-definition support. Originally released on the PlayStation back in July 2000, the game has been updated for the PS4 with plenty of new features. For a limited time only, you can also save 20% on the PlayStation Store.
Destiny 2 Offline for Maintenance Today

Destiny and Destiny 2 will both be offline this afternoon for scheduled maintenance. The downtime will be begin at 3pm BST, and will be completed at 7pm BST today. After the maintenance, Update v1.0.1.3 will be available for download, although no details on the content of the patch have been released.
EU PlayStation Store Update for 12th September 2017

Lots of new content is available on the European PlayStation Store this week, including over 30 new PS4 games, one new PS3 game and three new PS Vita games. New games this week include a whole raft of sports titles including EA SPORTS NHL 18, PES 2018 FC Barcelona Edition and NBA 2K18.
PS4 System Software Ver. 4.74

Sony has released PS4 Firmware v4.74, which is a minor update to improve system performance. The software update is currently optional, but may be required when starting certain newer games. The new update means Sony is also preparing to release Firmware v5.00 Beta 6 to to patch the same issue.
New Details Emerge for The Sims 4 on PS4

The Sims has not seen a released on PlayStation since The Sims 3 was released back in 2009 on the PS3. Over 8 years on, The Sims 4 is soon to be released on the PS4, and new details have emerged on just what it will contain. The good news is that the game will include “almost everything” that the PC version has enjoyed over the past few years: DLC, updates and ghosts.
PAL PlayStation Store Chart for August 2017

Sony has released the PlayStation Store Chart for August 2017, revealing the top selling digital games in Europe. On the PS4, newcomer Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice topped the chart, beating Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, which came in 2nd place. The previous number one game, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, dropped to 4th in the chart. Check out the full charts below.
Destiny 2 Reaches 1.2 Million Concurrent Players Milestone

It’s fair to say that the Destiny 2 launch has been largely successful. Not only has the game taken the top spot in the weekly games chart, Bungie has also revealed that the game reached a massive 1.2 million concurrent players online. Aside from that, Sony has acknowledged that the game isn’t working so well on the PS4 Pro.
FIFA 18 Demo Arrives this Week on PS4

EA has confirmed that the FIFA 18 demo will be available to download on the PS4 this Tuesday, 12th September 2017. The demo will allow gamers to play the Kick Off mode, which will include a selection of the biggest clubs and stadiums the game has to offer, including Manchester United and Real Madrid.
EU PlayStation Store Update for 5th September 2017

New content is available on the European PlayStation Store this week, although it’s not as large as last week’s update. This week, you can find fourteen new PS4 games, one new PS3 game and a couple of new PS Vita games. New PlayStation Plus games are also available in this week’s update, too.
