DC Universe Online for PS3 to Shutdown in January 2018

Daybreak Games have announced that support for DC Universe Online is to end on the PS3, with the servers shutting down at then end of January 2018. The PS4 version of the game will continue to be supported, and all PS3 content will be migrated to the PS4 version, allowing gamers to continue their games.

A minor update for the PS4 has been released, updating the system software version to v5.01. This is a very minor update and is currently not mandatory to install. However, it may be required if you attempt to play some newer games. The changelog indicates that this update improves system performance.

Gran Turismo Sport PS VR Bundle Now Available

Sony has released a new PlayStation VR bundle which includes a copy of newly released Gran Turismo Sport and VR Worlds. There are two variants of the bundle available, but both come with the VR headset, a physical copy of GT Sport, VR Worlds and PlayStation Camera. The more expensive version also includes a pair of PlayStation Move controllers.

Sunset Orange DualShock 4 Controller Revealed

Sony is continuing to expand on it’s range of DualShock 4 controllers, revealing a new Sunset Orange model in Europe. The new controller will go on sale in selected countries from 14th November 2017. However, the new colour won’t be available in countries some countries, including UK, Ireland and France.
