Super Stardust makes it way to Sony’s upcoming portable console, and it’s going to be a blast thanks to the NGP’s dual analog sticks (a portable first!). Super Stardust Delta should feel instantly familiar to anyone who’s experienced Super Stardust HD on PS3. But it’s important to note – Delta is not a port of that 2007 classic. It’s an entirely new game.
If you are already bored of Call of Duty: Black Ops, you will be happy to know that a new DLC pack will be coming next week. Now that the PlayStation Network is back up and running, you can look forward to the long-awaited Escalation DLC pack will be available on Friday, June 10th.
Sony has confirmed that its upcoming next generation portable (or NGP) will offer full backwards compatibility support with all the PSP games available in the PlayStation Network library. Scott Rohde, SCEA’s VP of Product Development, revealed the news at Sony’s Press Event earlier today.
L.A. Noire DLC Content is now available from the PlayStation Store. This is the first of many DLC packs coming over the next few months, and includes standalone cases, collectables and challenges. If you want to pre-order the upcoming DLC content, you can also purchase the L.A. Noire Rockstar Pass, available for a limited-time (until June 16th) discounted price of just $9.99.

Like most recent games, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception will be coming with pre-order bonuses and special collector editions for hardcore fans. Uncharted 3 will have two collectors editions, both of which are detailed below. The best of the two is the Explorer Edition, which comes with lots of bonus content.

Now that the PlayStation Store is online, details about the European Welcome Back package has been revealed. Existing PlayStation Plus members will get an extra 70 days of membership to compensate for the downtime, while regular PSN users will be able to use PlayStation Plus for free for 30 days.
The PlayStation Store is now online and available in North America and Europe. Check out the store now for the first Store update since the PSN went down back in April. Sony is also working on the Welcome Back package, which is currently in the final stages of testing and will be available to download very soon.
Sony Corporation and Sony Computer Entertainment (SCE) announced today that Sony Network Entertainment International (SNEI, the company) will fully restore all PlayStation Network services today in the Americas, Europe/PAL territories and Asia, excluding Japan, Hong Kong, and South Korea.
