Santa Monica Studio has confirmed that a upcoming update will add New Game+ to God of War. The new mode will let you start a new game while keeping some of the weapons and upgrades you’ve obtained from the completion of your last play. However, New Game+ won’t be as easy as you might imagine, as the difficulty has increased too.
Whether you’ve defeated all the Valkyries, conquered the daunting combat trials of Niflheim and Muspelheim, or simply accomplished your journey with Kratos and Atreus, here is one very strong reason to stay in the realm of God of War – New Game+.
The mode is currently in development and will be available via a patch at a later date.
