PSN Pass Will Be “System Level”

July 14th, 2011 / Niraj Shah / News

Sony confirmed the PSN Pass last week, but it unclear how the system will actually work, since not a lot of information has been revealed about the initiative. James Stevenson, Community Manager for Insomniac, divulged some new information about the service, saying it “will allow dual-login and any user on the system to play online.”

It’s good new for those who share their console with siblings or other members of the family – you can use the same PSN Pass to play online using different accounts on the same account. But if you take the game around to a mate’s house, you will have to purchase a new PSN Pass for that game.

Lets hope Sony answers all the lingering questions in a detailed FAQ. I’m sure you must have lots of questions about the system too.

Online, PSN Pass
