The Tester premiered on the PlayStation Network last week, and this week the second episode is now available to download. The battle heats up this week for the aspiring SCEA game testers as the competition gets more physical and they face legendary game designer David Jaffe, who joins the panel to evaluate the candidates in action. With a week to go until The Tester debuts on the PlayStation Network, Sony has released a preview of what you can expect from the reality program. A special preview show of The Tester hosted by actor, comedian, hardcore gamer, and judge Hal Sparks is available to download from the PlayStation Store today, and you can also find a short trailer below.
The Tester is an original competitive reality series for PlayStation fans, it is a program for gamers, about gamers who are competing to win a job as a game tester on PlayStation’s first party development team – the team that has introduced history-making franchises such as God of War, Uncharted, LittleBigPlanet and Gran Turismo. The first episode will be available to download from the PlayStation Store on February 18th 2010, for free.
