Sony has announced scheduled maintenance for the PlayStation Network for Monday, 25th August 2014. If you’re based in the UK, the maintenance is sure to put a dampener on your Bank Holiday gaming, which is scheduled to take place between 17:40 BST and 00:50 BST on Tuesday, 26th August 2014. If you want to play online during the maintenance period, make sure you sign-in before the start of the window.
In a shocking upset, last month’s top PS4 title on North American PlayStation Store was Injustice: Gods Among Us, beating out even the mighty The Last of Us Remastered. The reason? Injustice was just $8.40 for PS Plus members on the PlayStation Store. On the PS3, Minecraft continues to lead the chart, while Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate on the PS Vita was the top seller.
SCEA has released the PSN chart for June 2014, revealing the top selling digital games across all of Sony’s platforms. On the PS4, Watch_Dogs was the top selling title, followed by UFC. On the PS3, Minecraft continues to lead the chart for yet another month – there’s just no stopping this game! On the PS Vita, Rainbow Moon was the top selling game.
SCEA has released the PlayStation Store chart for May, revealing the top selling titles across all three consoles. On the PS4, Watch_Dogs was the best selling title, having been released towards then of the month. On the PS3, Minecraft is still going strong, dominating the chart yet again.

Just when you thought you can have a nice long weekend playing games, Sony decides to schedule some PlayStation Network maintenance right Easter Monday. A tweet (which has since been removed) states that the PSN will be down for maintenance for 12 hours starting on Monday afternoon.

Sony has announced that the PlayStation Network will be going offline for some maintenance on Monday, 10th March 2014. The maintenance window will last for around five and a half hours, affecting the UK and Europe during peak gaming hours of 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM GMT.

Sony has revealed that the PlayStation Network will be going offline on Monday, 27th January 2014 affecting your evening gaming session. The maintenance will last for approximately 6 hours between 5.30pm to 11.30pm GMT (6.30pm to 00.30am CET).
