PlayStation Plus subscribers will be getting exclusive access to Trion Worlds’s exciting new IP, Defiance. Defiance is a ground-breaking entertainment experience which connects the TV world to a multi-platform, multiplayer online video game. The beta will be available between Friday, March 22nd 2013 until Monday, March 25th 2013, exclusive to PlayStation Plus subscribers.
The Last of Us Story will be 12-16 Hours Long

Naughty Dog’s upcoming title, The Last of Us, will have a single-player campaign that is expected to last 12-16 hours long. Naughty Dog’s Arne Meyer confirmed the length of the story while speaking to EvolveEnt in a recent interview. However, the game is strictly linear, but if the player chooses to act stealthily or take their time to explore environments, the game will easily last 16 hours.
Controversial God of War: Ascension Trophy

God of War: Ascension has sparked an outrage over one particular trophy for promoting misogyny. In a scene in the game, Kratos beats a woman to a bloody pulp, and the player is rewarded with a trophy called “Bros Before Hos”. But the trophy has landed the developers in hot water, and will be patched to something less sexist.
US PlayStation Store Update for March 12th 2013

Lots of new content has been added to the PlayStation Store this week in North America. A number of new PS3 games have been released, and new games have been added to the PlayStation Vita store too. Joe Danger 2: The Movie has been added to the Instant Game Collection for PlayStation Plus subscribers, and there is plenty of new DLC, themes, videos and other content to enjoy.
God of War: Ascension Hades Trailer Released

God of War: Ascension is out across PAL regions today and the rest of Europe from tomorrow. To celebrate, Santa Monica Studio have released a new multiplayer trailer, revealing the fourth and final God with whom you may ally yourself: Hades. Hades executioners have the highest versatility and variety of abilities.
Joe Danger 2 Free for PlayStation Plus Members in North America Later Today

Another new game gets added to the Instant Game Collection in North America later today: Joe Danger 2: The Movie. The game will be free to download if you are a PlayStation Plus subscriber, or you can purchase the game separately for $14.99. The game is the second title to be added to the Instant Game Collection this month, following on from Spec Ops: The Line last week.
The Last of Us Demo Not Available Until May 2013

The free demo of The Last of Us, included with copies of God of War: Ascension won’t be available until the end of May, Naughty Dog has confirmed via Twitter. This means the demo will be available just two weeks before the full game is released.
Diggs Nightcrawler Coming to Wonderbook This Summer

The second Wonderbook title, Diggs Nightcrawler, will be coming to the PS3 this Summer, Sony has revealed. In addition, Sony will be releasing a series of Developer Diaries so you can take a behind-the-scenes look at how the game was designed and developed. The game will be hitting stores in May 2013.
PAL PlayStation Store Chart for February 2013

Sony has released the Top 10 PSN Chart for February 2013, once again revealing a number of re-entries in the chart. New title Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch enters the chart at no. 3, while Darksiders 2 and Darksiders take the no. 1 and no. 2 spots, respectively. On the PS Vita, new comer Urban Trial Freestyle debuts on the top spot.
PS4 Expected to Ship 16 Million Units This Year

A new report from Digitimes claims that Sony is planning to ship a massive 16 million PS4 units before the end of the year, with mass shipments starting as early as August. The ambitious target suggests that a European release of the console could be on the cards, and appear on shelves just towards the end of 2013. The report also points out that the console will be manufactured by Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai Precision Industry) and Pegatron Technology.
