It’s time for another look at the European PlayStation Store download chart, to see which PS4, PS3 and PS Vita games sold the most digital copies. On the PS4, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection took top spot, beating the previous number 1 Destiny: The Taken King.
Telltale Games has revealed that Episode 3 of Minecraft: Store Mode will be releasing later this month, keeping up with their impressive release speed. The season finale for Game of Thrones is also releasing this month, on November 17th 2015.
This week on the European PlayStation Store you can find five new PS4 games, one new PS3 games and two new PS Vita games. New games include Fallout 4 (PS4), Sword Art Online: Lost Song (PS4, PS Vita) and BlazeRush (PS4). You can also find DLC content for a number of PS4 games.
A new mandatory firmware update for the PS4 was released earlier today, to improve the stability of the PS4 system. The minor update is 250MB in size, and is required if you wish to access the PlayStation Network. The changelog (below) states that stability has been improved, but doesn’t mention what features are affected.
Sony has announced an official in-ear stereo headset for the PS4, releasing this December. Priced as £77.99/€89.99, the headset will feature AudioShield technology to block out external sounds, and will have up to 15 hours of battery life. The headset will connect straight into the DualShock 4, but can also be used on the PS Vita and other devices with a 3.5mm headphone port.
The North American PlayStation Now service has received a massive update this week, adding over 100 new games to the library. This update brings the total number of games available on the subscription service to over 250. Many of the new additions are Capcom titles, including a selection of Resident Evil and Street Fighter titles.
New content is available on the European PlayStation Store with six new PS4 games, five new PS3 games and four new PS Vita games. New PlayStation Plus content is also available this month, with six new games available to download for free by subscribers. New games this month include Need for Speed (PS4) and Call of Duty Black Ops III (PS4, PS3).
SCEE and SCEA have revealed the PlayStation Plus games you can expect to join the Instant Game Collection in November 2015. Six new games will join the Instant Game Collection on Tuesday, 3rd November 2015, including The Walking Dead Season 2 (PS4) and Mass Effect 2 (PS3).
The next iteration in the Gran Turismo series has been announced at Paris Games Week. At the Sony press conference last night, Kazunori Yamauchi and the SCEE CEO & President Jim Ryan unveiled Gran Turismo Sport, exclusively for the PS4. An open-beta for the game is planned for Spring 2016.
In more announcements from Sony’s press conference last night at Paris Games Week, Naughty Dog has revealed details about the multiplayer mode in Uncharted 4. The multiplayer mode will include a host of new features, and those that bought a copy of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will be able to take part in the open-beta.
